Sales Terms

All quotations are subject to product availability, freight, taxes and final written confirmation by ECOMOW. Product specifications, availability and pricing may change without notice prior to order acceptance.

Payment

• ACH or wire transfer is preferred for equipment purchases.
• Deposits may be required for special-order equipment, demonstrations, site work or installation scheduling.
• Credit card payment may be accepted only by prior approval and may be subject to processing charges where permitted.

Freight and Delivery

• Freight terms will be stated on the quotation or invoice.
• Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments promptly and documenting visible damage with the carrier at delivery.
• Concealed damage must be reported promptly with photos and packaging retained where possible.

Returns and Cancellations

• Special-order commercial equipment is generally non-returnable once ordered.
• Approved returns may be subject to restocking, freight and inspection charges.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty terms apply to equipment sold by ECOMOW. ECOMOW may assist with warranty coordination, troubleshooting and service, but warranty coverage is determined by the manufacturer.

Site Conditions and Performance

Autonomous equipment performance depends on site conditions, terrain, communications, vegetation, obstacles, weather, maintenance and operator practices. Demonstrations and evaluations are not guarantees of performance at every site.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECOMOW is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost production, lost use, crop or turf damage, or business interruption.
